Beauty Therapy Accreditation (BTA) is an independent UK-based accreditation organisation supporting beauty, massage, holistic therapy and wellness training providers.

We believe that high-quality professional education begins with knowledgeable tutors, well-structured training programmes, suitable teaching materials and effective student assessments.

Our role is to provide an independent accreditation process through which training academies and educators can submit their courses for review against BTA’s accreditation requirements.

As part of our application process, we request evidence of relevant professional and teaching qualifications, training manuals, lesson plans, assessment materials and insurance documentation.

We are committed to encouraging professional standards within the beauty education sector and supporting training providers who wish to demonstrate their commitment to quality.

BTA is an independent accreditation organisation. BTA course accreditation does not, by itself, constitute an Ofqual-regulated qualification or guarantee acceptance by an insurance provider.
